Why has my account been suspended?

If you are receiving an "Account Suspended" page when trying to access your site, it could be there for a number of reasons including but not limited to:

  • Lack of payment
  • CPU limit exceeded
  • Bandwidth limit exceeded
  • Violation of our Terms of Service


To determine why your account was suspended, please contact us to discuss the issue and get a resolution. Most accounts can be unsuspended almost immediately, depending on what caused the account to become suspended in the first place.
