We do allow emails to be sent to an 'opt in' email list however we have strict policies against spamming and bulk e-mail. Users who spam via e-mail, newsgroups, etc. are not allowed access to our servers. If we receive complaints of spamming and bulk e-mail, we will remove the offender from our network.
