A small percentage of orders are marked as fraud. Every now and then, we mark someone who is actually legitimate as fraud for one of many reasons. We apologise for any inconvenience if your order was legitimate. Don't worry, if you're who you say you are, your order will be approved. If you feel your order was falsely marked as fraud then please contact us as soon as possible to prevent your order from being cancelled.
