We certainly do. Web Hosting is a product that customers from around the world need, so we offer a service that anybody, from anywhere, can purchase. There are no restrictions on where you can register an account from, you'll just need to make sure you have a valid payment method for your invoices, and sometimes a valid form of identification (if needed) for fraud verification.
