Where can I find the internet headers?

In MS Outlook 2003 you can find the emails headers by:

1. Open to full size the email from which you want to get the headers (double click it).
2. Select 'View' and then 'Options' from the top menu.
3. You should then be able to copy and paste from the 'Internet Headers' box.
